You can place a standard order without an account. However, we recommend creating one — it lets you track all your orders and saved artworks from your dashboard.
We display prices in Naira (NGN), US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). All payments are processed in NGN via Paystack, which handles currency conversion automatically.
Yes! Select "Custom" in the size options or use our Custom Order form to specify your exact dimensions. We'll send you a quote within 24 hours.
Absolutely! Our bulk discount tiers are: 2–4 items: 5% off · 5–9 items: 15% off · 10+ items: 20% off. Discounts are applied automatically in the pricing calculator and checkout.
We accept JPG/JPEG, PNG and PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher at your intended print size).
For professional print quality, we recommend 300 DPI at actual print size. For a 16×20 inch print, that means your file should be at least 4800×6000 pixels. We'll notify you if your file resolution may affect print quality.
Each file can be up to 20MB. You can upload up to 5 files per custom order. For larger files, contact us and we'll arrange an alternative upload method.
Yes! Our in-house designers can create or enhance artwork for your order. Describe what you want in the Custom Order form and we'll include a design quote with your print quote.
Standard orders are ready in 3–4 business days. Custom portrait and complex orders may take 5–7 days. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for a surcharge — contact us to arrange.
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Nigeria via courier. Delivery times vary by location (1–3 additional days). International shipping is available — contact us for rates.
Yes! Free in-studio pickup is available at our Wuse II studio: 5 Lungi Street, Wuse II, Abuja-FCT. Please call ahead so we can confirm your order is ready.
All prints are carefully packaged with protective tissue wrap, cardboard backing, and placed in rigid mailers or boxes to prevent damage during transit. Framed prints are bubble-wrapped and corner-protected.
We use Paystack for secure online payments. You can pay via debit/credit card, bank transfer, USSD, or mobile money. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Refunds are available if we make an error in your order (wrong size, material, or colour). Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we will reprint at no charge.
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing a standard order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once we've begun the design process. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
